2. Purpose of this website

This website presents Nutsh Lab and the Nutsh Kit back protector, collects Early Access registrations, and shares information about our upcoming Kickstarter campaign.

3. Product in development

Nutsh Kit is currently in development. Specifications, images, prices, delivery dates and campaign conditions may change before the Kickstarter launch. Images may include prototypes, renders or pre-production samples that differ from the final product.

The SAS-TEC viscoelastic insert used in Nutsh Kit is CE certified to EN 1621-2:2014 Level 2. The complete Nutsh Kit is built to EN 1621-2. Any certification status stated on this site refers to the specific component described.

4. The €1 Early Access deposit

The €1 deposit reserves your place on the Early Access list and secures the launch price announced at the time of payment. It is deducted from your final pledge if you back the campaign.

It is not the purchase of the product and does not create an obligation to deliver goods. If the Kickstarter campaign does not go ahead, or if you decide not to back it, you may request a refund of the deposit by writing to hello@nutshlab.com.

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days from the date of payment, without giving any reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, designs, logos, trade marks and source code — belongs to Nutshell Project S.L. or to its respective owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or commercial use of this content is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts corresponding to the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
